Movement of Light, number eight.
Cream cloud gathers at the upper centre. A dark reddish-grey mass spreads across the left and middle, with open blue sky on the right. A thin white horizon rests above a muted grey foreground.
The cloud holds together for a moment, then loosens at its edges. Blue opens beside it.
Blue remains beside the gathering darkness. We follow the opening with our eyes, wondering where the weather will travel. Along the tideline, seaweed lies in tangled strands, carried here from a submerged world. The shore holds traces of lives unfolding beyond our view.
