Movement of Light, number twenty-four.
Deep teal-blue surrounds a rounded pale cloud crest at the upper left and centre. A broad white sweep crosses the lower right. A muted olive-grey foreground stretches along the bottom.
The cloud rises, turns and opens into a broad sweep of light. Its movement continues beyond any single shape.
We have walked a long way. The tide keeps returning, smoothing the sand around our footprints. A pale opening widens through the cloud, though darkness still holds beyond it. Is the storm passing? We stand together at the water’s edge, watching the light. Somewhere beyond the horizon, the storm is still becoming.
