Movement of Light, number two.
A large cream-white cloud fills the upper part of this vertical painting. Deep blue-grey surrounds it, while golden-ochre colour spreads through the right side. Pale horizontal strokes suggest the shore below.
The tide has left a sheen across the sand. Light rests there for a moment, then trembles as the water returns. We walk beside its changing edge. Beneath the music, we hear the sea drawing small fragments of the beach back into itself.
