Movement of Light, number eighteen.
Pale cream-grey cloud spreads across the upper left and centre, beside teal-blue sky at the upper right. Deep grey shadow fills the left. Small white horizontal highlights appear below the centre, above a curved sandy-grey foreground.
Light becomes scattered and distant. A few pale marks hold the eye within the grey.
The horizon begins to disappear. We find the sea through its sound, the wind through its pressure, the ground through the sand beneath our feet. The boundaries of the landscape loosen. We belong to this moment through every sense, held within the same atmosphere as everything around us.
