Textured abstract landscape with a white moon on the left in deep blue. The colour lightens towards turquoise on the right, where peach and gold edge grey-brown folds. A dark diagonal ridge crosses the foreground.
The white moon rests on the left, surrounded by cobalt and turquoise-blue. Across the upper area, grey and silver ridges stretch towards the right. There, the blue becomes paler and mingles with green-grey, peach and muted gold. A dark foreground ridge rises diagonally from the lower left towards the middle right, with long scraped lines following its slope. On the far right, lighter folds open between the darker textures. These warm traces suggest dawn beginning while the moon remains visible.
The moon lingers as the first warmth reaches the land. Blue loosens at the edges, admitting a little peach, a little gold. Morning has begun somewhere beyond the ridge. We stand in the interval, carrying the night with us while the day slowly finds its shape.
